SHOW/JAZZ CHOIR

Show/Jazz Choir is a performing vocal ensemble that gives students an opportunity to experience different styles of music literature (emphasis on showtunes, jazz and pop music) and participate in a creative process unique to the show/jazz medium. Movement and dance are an integral part of this course. This is an auditioned class and meets after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Students are required to be in another school music ensemble during the school day.  Concert participation is required as outlined in the syllabus.
